Refunds
Draftwage currently publishes open institutional pages without checkout. If a paid editorial product is offered in the future, this policy applies.
Window
Requests for refund of an eligible paid editorial product may be sent within 30 days of purchase, unless a longer mandatory cooling-off period applies under Brazilian consumer law.
How to request
Email support@draftwage.online with subject “Refund”, the purchase email, date, and product name. No physical address is published.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days. The return of funds to a card or account depends on the payment processor and the issuing institution.
Limits
Fraudulent requests, duplicate charges already reversed, or products expressly marked as non-refundable after a disclosed digital delivery may be declined where the law allows. Draftwage does not use refunds as testimonials or outcome evidence.
Legal rights preserved
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code or other applicable law.
